Payment Policy

Residents must register with their mobile number and email to book a shared or private room. After completing the booking form, users may pay a non-adjustable processing fee to reserve a room. This fee covers cleaning, police verification, and other services. First-month rent and security deposit must be paid in advance, or users may opt for a contract fee if eligible.

Refund Policy

The booking amount is non-refundable unless the property manager cancels due to room unavailability. Rent paid is non-refundable after 48 hours of stay. The advance rent is also non-refundable, and a one-month notice period must be served. The security deposit is refunded after settling wear and tear costs.

Rent Policy

Rent must be paid in full before check-in and by the 5th of each month thereafter. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day, with services being cut after the 10th day. The security deposit will be adjusted for any unpaid rent and utility bills.

General Terms

  • All dues (booking, rent, deposit) must be paid before moving in.
  • Any pending bills must be cleared before moving out.
  • Visitors must be approved by the company; no guests without prior approval.
  • Check-out must be done with a company representative.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
