After staying here in Noida & Greater Noida for a decade, I can tell you one thing: Being safe depends on how careful you are. Delhi NCR and specially Noida is a place with huge population, conservative society and an unfavourable sex ratio for men. Acts of aggression towards women still happen (no matter how bad we all feel about it.).
Noida is popularly known as the city of IT professionals, but given the number of girls/women professionals living in rentals there, it might as well be known as a top city for women professionals. But while the city was very nice to the IT professionals, women don’t find it as easy.
